Kasch Park Bus Maintenance Facility Upgrade

Renovation of Community Transit’s Kasch Park Bus Maintenance Facility included:

• Six New Maintenance Bays
• New Bus Wash Bay
• Renovation to convert an existing storage building into the Community Transit’s Facilities Services Department office.
• Electrical design for the Maintenance Building includes a new service transformer; new 1,200A, 480V switchboard, new panelboards for all new hydraulic units for bus lifts, new compressors and other new shop equipment, and lighting design maximized energy savings using daylight harvesting, troffers, and T5HO high bay fixtures.
