Port of Seattle Terminal 18 North Gate Redevelopment

The North Gate at Terminal 18 was expanded to provide additional truck lanes, a new administration building, and several smaller structures including a new guard booth, gate communications house, and inspection booths. Elcon designed a new substation to handle loads for the new administration building and outlying structures; a generator for standby power; duct banks for power distribution; telecommunication systems to buildings and gate areas; and area lighting for parking, perimeter, roadway, and gate inspection area.
