JH Stone Nursery Irrigation System Improvements

The JH Stone Nursery is one of six Forest Service Nurseries in the United States that grows native plant material for public land restoration.

• This project replaced the six existing irrigation pumps with four new 150 HP pumps with provisions for two future pumps. These new pumps have new PLC and VFD controls to replace the existing relay control panel.
• This project also provided a new 1600 amp service and two new MCCs to protect the new pumps. The new irrigation controls also include remote valves.
