ELCON was responsible for the engineering and design of this 115kV/13.8kV substation, involving electrical, civil and structural work. Our team developed construction drawings, specifications and a detailed bill of materials. We assisted with procurements and provided technical assistance during construction, testing and energization. Design also included substation alarm and SCADA interface.
