H.J. Ashe Substation 500kV

This project involved improving the reliability and adding operational flexibility of the existing substation that originally was built in 1976.
It also included the developing of Bay 8 and allowing an outage of the Lower Monumental Ashe No. 1 500kV line without taking an outage of the north bus.
As part of the second task, the project involved modification of Remedial Action Scheme and modification of two 500kV MODs.
