ELCON was responsible for the replacement of four 12kV circuit breakers, the upgrade of associated bus work, disconnect switches and control and relay and alarm systems. Outdoor work included upgrade of bus work and structures, modification of conduit plans, grounding plans, and various outdoor arrangement drawings. Indoor work involved; developing new and revised trip/close schematics, AC schematics, panel arrangements and related drawings. Design also included substation alarms and SCADA interface.
