ELCON was responsible for system design management and 60-percent design for train control/signaling, communications, systems ductbank design, tunnel 34.5kV distribution system, fire alarm, intrusion detection, portal CCTV surveillance system, gas monitoring, seismic detection, facilities and the emergency management system.
We also developed the System Interface Management Plan, System Integration, Testing and Acceptance Plan and System Assurance Plan.
