The King County Department of Natural Resources requested the services of ELCON in diagnosing power outages at West Point wastewater treatment plant. Through electrical studies and tests, ELCON helped the county develop a solution that would prevent future facility outages. In addition, ELCON assisted King County with the evaluation and upgrading of electrical systems at the Matthews Park Pump Station.
