Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant Cogeneration Facility
Portland, OR

Provided the design for the interconnection of the new generator with the plant. Designed modifications to the existing plant switchgear and installation of a new switchgear unit. Provided electrical and PLC design for the balance-of-plant. Design also included loop instrument diagrams and lighting design for the cogeneration building facilities.
